| Clifton was
formed in the mid-1990’s by property developer
and interior designer Paul Van Geens, who was recently
recognised by the Andrew Martin Interior Design Award,
the ‘Oscars’ of interior design.
Clifton is synonymous with exceptionally

as our own development projects we also undertake
private interior design and refurbishment commissions,
where we;
- Act as property finders, using
our network of contacts to source suitable properties,
many of which do not come to the open market;
- Provide advice on obtaining
best value for money, whether it be an investment
or private home purchase;
- Offer our architectural and
interior design teams to create new layout, lighting
and furniture schemes reflecting our client’s
lifestyle or investment needs;
- Advise on local planning policy
and party wall issues, submitting and pursuing all
applications;
- Use our in-house team of skilled
craftsmen to carry out the work, providing a complete
‘turn key’ service if required;
- Source and select the finest
materials, furnishings and the latest technologies
for home automation, entertainment and security.
